Marketing Manager Anz

A great opportunity now exists for a senior Marketing professional to join our organisation.

The purpose of this role is to design and execute Tech Data's Australia / New Zealand (ANZ) marketing strategy to drive growth and improve profit outcomes. The Marketing Manager will manage a team which provides the best possible experience for business customers through driving effective business acquisition, activation and retention activities.

This role is a member of the ANZ Leadership Team and shares this team's goal to create a successful, growing, profitable and well-respected business in the ANZ IT industry.

Some of the key challenges in this role include :

• Working across multiple areas of the business locally, regionally and globally to adhere to corporate branding guidelines during a period of considerable dynamism.
• Working across multiple platforms to communicate with internal and partner stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement - consistently looking at better ways to service our customers through communication, tools and technology.
• Implement a data driven discipline and rigour utilizing CRM, marketing automation and BI tools to direct, engage and activate the sales force, our partners and commercial leaders.
• Take a lead in creating a buzz across the business, stimulating a positive sales environment that celebrates success.
