Job descriptionThe Role End to end management of a mixed complexity portfolio across commercial Motor claims for broker-partners only, no direct market! Prompt attention to claims lodgement to settlement ensuring stages of the process is completed in a timely manner Providing a high standard of customer service for clients and service providers Undertaking training sessions periodically to ensure technical knowledge is up to date Representation of company brand & up-hold of company reputation About You 2+ years' experience within end-to-end motor claims; Domestic and Commercial Motor considered Claims experience across other lines also considered Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within specified timeframes High level of integrity and customer service skills Benefits & Culture Social culture and supportive management to provide ongoing learning & development throughout your tenure Thorough onboarding & training for the first 3 weeks of employment to set you up for success Internal progression opportunities within claims or other divisions of the wider business Annual bonus based on performance, eligible after first 12 months of employment Hybrid working model; home & office split A grade offices in Perth CBD with excellent facilities How to Apply Ellis Hale 0487 309 729.
