Glooloop Surfacing is a leading synthetic surfacing business, specialising in rubber softfall surfacing, synthetic grass and acrylic sports surfaces. We are currently looking for a new Administrative Assistant. You will be trained by and report to our existing Project Co-Ordinator. You will also work alongside the Operations Manager, Managing Director and Finance Director to provide administrative support.
The role will be approximately 10-15 hours per week, preferably over 2-3 days, so working within school hours is an option. You will be working from the office located at our Kings Park warehouse. The role will commence at 10 hours per week and you must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday. Should the role expand to 15 hours per week, Wednesdays will also be a required work day.
Expected responsibilities of this job will be :
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential and you must have strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience with MYOB is preferred, but not essential.

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
