Men in Cloud recruiters are thrilled to collaborate with a client who is urgently seeking a Retail Manager / Store ManagerCasey Pizza Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced full-time Retail / Store Manager to oversee daily operations of their fast-food retail outlet of Dominos.
The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with food safety and company standards, and lead a motivated team to deliver excellent customer service.Job-type : Full-timeLocation : Casey, ACTSalary range : $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to : 1.Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth service delivery consistent with Domino's operational guidelines and food safety standards.2.Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and local market presence.3.Manage inventory control, including stock ordering and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.4.Monitor and analyse sales performance, budget forecasts, and financial records to meet business targets.5.Plan and execute in-store promotions and merchandising displays aligned with franchise directives.6.Drive customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat business and brand loyalty7.Lead recruitment, training, and development of store staff to maintain a skilled and customer-focused team.8.Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.9.Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high service standards and brand reputation.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 3 years managerial experience in the fast-food or retail hospitality industry, with demonstrated success in operational leadership.Australian work experience in a managerial role within a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is essential.Experience with Dominos food chain is highly regardedDiploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred; however, substantial relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.Skills and AttributesExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer service-oriented with a passion for maintaining brand standards.Ability to analyse data and implement strategic improvements.Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
