Disability Support Worker (Casual)

As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing personal care, including hygiene and mobility assistance
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting clients in community participation and social engagements
• Implementing individual support plans tailored to each participant's needs
• Promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients
• Documenting care and maintaining accurate records
• What We're Looking For
• A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
• A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude

Pay : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
