Based in Heidelberg, Melbourne, you will use your vibrant communication skills to ensure you are maintaining contact between both external and internal clients, and acting as a liaison between the two. Following up on outstanding quotes, booking in planned services, rescheduling, reports deliverable and data inputs, problem solving, escalation, resolution and operational activities. You will also be required to provide support to the wider team (Customer Service, Spares, Internal Sales) and any other duties as directed by the Customer Optimisation Manager.
