ABOUT THE ROLEDUTIESMaintain and service a portfolio of accountsEnsure all movements are DIFOT through strong reporting structuresProvide daily status reports and troubleshoot potential issuesWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure mínimal delaysBuild strong relationships with external stakeholdersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2-3 years experience in a freight forwarding role (Operations or Customer Service)Understand end to end import / export freight forwarder processProfessional appearance and approach to the workdayDemonstrated ability to explain current internal and external relationshipsStrong computer literacy (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)COMPANY CULTUREProfessional office environment with a strong focus on training and development.
