• What You'll Do
• Manage accounts payable / receivable with accuracy (current system MYOB).
• Reconcile sales at store to cash / tenders received in bank
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST and BAS
• Support financial operations across a multi-site, fast-paced retail environment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to improve finance processes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• What You'll Bring
• Experience in finance officer role or bookkeeping (pharmacy, retail, or hospitality industry experience is a bonus).
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and adapt to new financial software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
