Job Description :
The Department is seeking a Technical Analyst / Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users by producing high-quality documentation and supporting the development of our digital services built on .NET, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and actionable insights.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions including workflows, business rules.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to understand system functionalities, integrations, and enhancements.
- Analyse business requirements to document functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide insights into documentation needs.
- Liaise with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment between documentation and user needs.
- Act as a conduit for translating technical jargon into business-friendly language.
- Participate in defect triaging by analysing and prioritising issues raised during testing or in production.
- Investigate, document and track defects to resolution, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to verify defect fixes.
- Support release readiness by validating defect resolution.
- Provide feedback on technical designs and proposed solutions for clarity and consistency.
