Workers Compensation Placement Consultant and Broker

Our team values building human relationships and connections beyond Workers Compensation. We provide industry-focused brokerage, consulting, and claims advocacy services, leveraging data, technology, and analytics to help reduce our clients’ total cost of people risk.
We will count on you to :
- Negotiate and place underwritten workers compensation policies for clients
- Provide expert advice on managed fund policies and offer ad hoc support to employers
- Present confidently to clients, articulating recommendations and strategies effectively
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
