Job Summary :
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in our serviced apartments and hotel rooms, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean guest rooms, serviced apartments, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, mop floors, and clean windows.
- Sanitize bathrooms including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Replenish room supplies such as tea / coffee, toiletries, and stationary.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules provided.
- Handle and dispose of rubbish and used linens properly.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Respect guest privacy and follow the "Do Not Disturb" protocol.
- Assist with laundry operations and linen management as required.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and storage rooms.
