About the Role :

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work across cross-functional teams and external partners to map service journeys, define user stories, and identify opportunities for smart technology solutions. You’ll help connect compliance, user experience, and technical delivery—ensuring features are purposeful, scalable, and high impact.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead discovery with internal teams, stakeholders, and compliance experts.
• Map end-to-end service and customer journeys, identifying pain points and improvement areas.
• Translate regulatory requirements and operational needs into actionable user stories, features, and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for automation, smart alerts, and AI-supported decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data and AI teams to ensure quality datasets and responsible AI use.
• Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Own and maintain artefacts including workflows, interface maps, data dictionaries, and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, validation, and internal training during rollout and change initiatives.

About You :

Required Experience :

• 7+ years in business analysis within SaaS or digital product environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong experience working with regulatory, compliance, or data-sensitive environments.
• Skilled in backlog management, story writing, BPMN / UML, and interface documentation.
• Strong communicator and facilitator, able to bridge the gap between business and tech.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Draw.io.

Bonus Points For :

• Experience in regulated industries such as health, finance, or government.
• Certifications in Agile, BABOK, or SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with WCAG, React, Power Platform, or API / integration design.
• Exposure to AI / ML use cases including automation, sentiment analysis, or predictive insights.
