Join our team in our new purpose-built site in Dandenong as the new Logistics coordinator. In this role you will be joining and hardworking, supportive, and close-knit team. You will be working Monday to Friday, : am – 6 : pm

You will be responsible for the acting as the go between the office and the warehouse. This includes the day-to-day operations for the drivers and warehouse operators and confirming inbound and outbound documentation while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Your responsibilities include;
• Assisting in the coordination of the timely and efficient despatch and receipt of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Load plan for next day delivery, Local and Regional
• Preparing and processing relevant documentation and maintaining records.
• Key liason between operations & sales / branches teams
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy at the site
• In order to succeed in this role, ideally you will have;
• Great attention to detail, specifically in relation to accurate record keeping and document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MicroSoft Office applications.
• SAP exposure, specifically in the front end.
• Ability to manage your own time and prioritise effectively.
• Customer focused.
• Strong analytical skills
