About the Company

Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading enterprise to assist them in sourcing a Change Analyst.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part as a Change Analyst in an HR system implementation project.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Change, Communications & Training Manager in delivering change initiatives.
Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes on business operations.
Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of new HR systems.
Assist in the creation of training plans and materials to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills.
Contribute to business readiness activities, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for system go-live.

About You

Proven experience as a Change Analyst, within HR system implementation projects.

Strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance (T&A) systems, and associated business processes.

Experience developing change impact assessments, training materials, and readiness plans

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
