Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting better outcomes for children young people and their families through delivering evidencebased and outcomefocused intervention to families experiencing vulnerability.
- Build trust and develop a positive and strong therapeutic bond with clients through outreachbased support.
- Participate in strengthbased family assessments client led case planning and Coaching Methods.
- Facilitate the delivery of group work and evidencebased programs and practices.
- You have a qualification in Social Work Psychology Child & Family Social Welfare or a related discipline.
- You have skills and knowledge from working in child and family services family violence AOD mental health and / or disability services.
- You understand the impact of trauma and family violence on families and have the ability to apply a gendered family violence lens when working with clients.
