Retail Manager
Pizza Mills Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic, highly enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an amazing attitude to join our vibrant team as Retail Manager at their Dominos Store in Mackay.
The Retail Manager must be responsible for day to day running of the store and managing various team members. Successful candidate must have excellent organisation and communication skills with a great attitude towards other staff and customers. Professional qualifications in management and at least three years’ experience required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creating rosters via current rostering system
- Manage and monitor stock levels including waste management and stock orders
- High standard of product quality supervision of all staff to maintain this
- Food safety supervision.
- Assist with promotional advertising and marketing activities for sales growth
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures and how to apply to business growth and improvement.
- Recruit and train new staff to embrace the store culture.
- Motivate all team members to maintain high standards and increase sales.
- Report to Franchisee various statistics and problem solve how to improve these and understand relevance to business management
An ideal candidate must have :
Experience Required : At least three years’ experience in a similar field.
GOOD SALARY PACKAGE : (AUD 75,000 + Super)
