About the Company

About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of the executive team supporting the CEO with a range of high-level duties and responsibilities.
Duties
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, briefings, meeting papers, and other administrative tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications to the Office of the CEO
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, track actions, and distribute materials as needed.
- Manage organization-wide projects and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
- Monitor the budget and financial planning.
- Conduct research, provide advice, and prepare reports as required.
- Assist with committee and board meetings.
