The Role
We're on the lookout for an outstanding customer service manager with at least 5 years of knowledge in a supply chain / manufacturing business. You will have had exposure to the logistics and warehousing side of the business alongside your desire to exceed customer expectations. A true leader is required in this role to manage the high performing team of 15, guiding them to excel! Your exceptional ability to be a 'hands on' leader and liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders is paramount.
Day to day responsibilities will include :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 customer service representatives across 7 departments.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise team efficiency and individual development.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues, including monthly reporting to the global leadership team
