As our Design Systems and Operations Lead, you'll work closely with Product, Engineers and fellow UX / UI Designers. Continuously improving our design operations and design system by implementing strategies to increase design system adoption and productivity of our design process and operations as we look to design and deliver experiences that are focused on simplifying the customer experience and empower our consultants to be the best travel experts in the world.

Day to day :
- Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks, systems, and processes to enhance design team efficiency and effectiveness
- Standardise and manage the company's design tools and systems, ensuring they meet the needs of all design projects
- Create a unified, cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for all mobile and web products
- Plan strategically as a partner with engineering, product & brand to define the future of design systems
- Create high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your work
- Use user research and data to inform your reasonings for your approach in scaling design systems
- Inspire the entire team and our internal partners by bringing new ideas to the table and defining next-generation interfaces
- Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for design system and component library
- Work side-by-side with product designers, engineers, writers, and other stakeholders from around the company to develop the tools and processes they need to build world-class user experiences
- Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code
- Partner with other product designers and engineers to create high quality user experiences across different product areas, geographies, and platforms
- Maintain & enhance the design system, ensuring it is up-to-date & accessible for all design projects
- Communicate with all project participants to ensure the design system meets their needs and integrates well into their workflows
