Cleary Bros is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers to join our team foranexciting potential civil infrastructure and heavy industrial projects the Illawarra region.
About the Role :
This role will lead the management and successful of significant civil and industrial projects encompassing demolition earthworks structural concrete pavement construction and industrial services both above and below ground. You will ensure projects are delivered safely ontime and within budget maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Project planning and monitoring of progress
Managing project scope budgets timelines and quality
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Liaising effectively with clients contractors and internal teams
Reporting regularly on project status to senior management
Skills and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent
Demonstrated experience managing civil infrastructure and industrial construction projects
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in delivering projects safely and efficiently
Experience managing project budgets in the$10m $50m range
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Project Manager to contribute to landmark projects within the Illawarra region.
