The successful applicant will gather, write and self-edit news stories and features for publication for online and in print for a national / state-based audience.
What you'll be doing :
- Work closely with the editor to produce informative, interesting and engaging content for print and online;
- Maintain editorial integrity and independence while meeting customer expectations for high quality, relevant and engaging content;
- Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and be able to work to strict deadlines;
- Take a creative, audience-first approach to your work, while utilising digital story-telling tools to enhance online content.
