This role requires CHPP or Fixed Plant experience and a strong focus on improving asset reliability. Key Responsibilities Conduct failure analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Review and update documentation to enhance asset management practices. Collaborate with site personnel to improve plant reliability. Develop and implement asset management strategies. Provide insights into operational competency and condition monitoring. Manage maintenance budgeting and reporting. About You CHPP or Fixed Plant experience in a mining environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in defect elimination. Minimum 5 years of experience using SAP. Detailed knowledge of FMECA, RCA, and RCM principles.
