The Opportunity :
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Hampton Park.
You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, helping them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centered around the following :
- Providing support in everyday activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance, which may include meal preparation
