About the Role
This role provides support and works in partnership with people living with disability to live in a SIL property in the way that they want to. We empower our customers by supporting them to build independence, identify and achieve goals, engage in activities of daily life, and encourage genuine connections within the community. To work with us you have a positive, authentic, inclusive personality which you bring to work with you every day.
