Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer (Casual) to join our team at the Searles Kilcoy facility (1 hour northwest of Brisbane). This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations, including order processing, communication, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and generate invoices
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional assistance
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
