• We are hiring for a Customer Service Officer to join our team.
• Step into a business that offers invaluable solutions to customers managing their waste and recycling needs. You’ll work with residential, business and council customers on a wide range of queries, where you’ll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after.
• As the Customer Service Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers.
• You’ll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more. No day is ever the same!
