What You'll Do Assist clients to live their lives as independently as possible Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required Record client progress notes in mobile app What We're Looking For Passionate individuals who embody our values : inclusive, collaborative, caring, courageous. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community Availability for regular shifts for an ongoing roster A car and drivers license ideal but not essential Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and relevant checks.
