Risk Compliance Manager

Job descriptionFacilitate and support risk management and compliance activities across the business. Provide guidance to ensure compliance outcomes are achieved and regulatory expectations are met. Conduct compliance assessments and monitoring activities. Perform breach assessments, including live production incident reviews and escalation where required. Identify, assess, and raise compliance issues to management as necessary. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Analysts, Business Owners, Insurance SMEs, and Technology teams. Work closely with senior business stakeholders to promote a proactive risk and compliance culture.
