About the Role
We are currently seeking a Team Assistant to join our Brisbane office, supporting our dynamic Business Services teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, professional team known for their expertise and collaborative culture. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both the teams and the Business Services Partners, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with senior administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless support across the department
Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, archiving, and document collation
Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage the distribution of internal and external correspondence and mail
Coordinate and organise team events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Assist with ATO lodgements and ensure timely submissions
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required to meet team needs
About you :
Possess intermediate-level IT skills and technical knowledge
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Exhibit strong organisational capabilities and effective time management
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Skilled in building rapport and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
