We're looking for a hands‑on Assistant Accountant who can contribute across all areas of financial reporting while supporting system improvements throughout the business. You'll play an essential role in our day‑to‑day operations — and most importantly, you'll be a valued and trusted member of our team.

What you will do at ScorpionTech

• Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements, accounting workpapers and ensure compliance with BAS, Superannuation, WorkCover, Payroll Tax and HR. Liaise with external accountants, bankers, insurance brokers and building managers.
• Daily Processing : Manage and process ongoing financial transactions across multiple currencies, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, account reconciliations for key suppliers / customers and update daily cashflow reporting.
• Customer Service : Support customer service team with system queries and implementation of new CRM system, including continuous improvement.
• Office Administration : General office management, including office supplies, staff amenities and building co‑ordination.
