Your Impact Asahi Beverages is currently looking to hire a best-in-class Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Southbank, Melbourne.

If you are an experienced customer service specialist with a mind for problem solving and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!

Your key accountabilities will include : Take ownership of customer inquiries by utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring first-call resolution and delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards.Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers.Strive for positive customer feedback.Respond to any phone-based or live chat queries.About you You are curious and seeking to work within a customer-centric driven team that continuously challenges you. In addition, you will have :

Experience in an inbound customer service role involving problem solving, logistics, operations, or inventory.Experience working in an environment with structured KPI's.Telephone etiquette that is second to none, exceptional customer interaction skills.You excel in administration, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth and effective contact centre support.The ability to work across different systems including SAP, Salesforce & PCP.What we offer A close-knit team who support and champion each other.Continuous coaching and learning opportunities.Awesome office environment with access to new product launches, tastings, and events.Please note, advertising will continue across the rest of December with next steps / further communication to commence from the week of the 6th of Jan.
