Professional Development : extensive internal PD schedule and a personal budget. Study Leave : 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year. Resources : laptop, phone, and access to therapy and assessment resources at all sites. Better Flex Policy : Flexible hours and the option to take time off after completing client work. Clear KPIs : Realistic, achievable monthly targets. Better Rewards Program : Earn bonus pay or extra leave, or redeem points for PD, gadgets and experiences. Paid Parental Leave : 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 weeks for the secondary carer. Travel Reimbursement : Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per km. National Opportunities across 30 Australian sites. Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered on a case-by-case basis). A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). The role is ideal for OTs with 4+ years of post-grad experience.
Overview

Day-to-day You Will
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants\' homes to day centres, parks, and beaches.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Innovate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.
