About the Role
As the Retail Store Manager , you’ll lead all aspects of our retail and spa operations—from driving sales to building a high‑performing team and creating unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll bring a hands‑on leadership style, a passion for premium skincare, and a focus on empowering your team to achieve results aligned with Jurlique’s values and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.
- Inspire and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Educate customers about our heritage, product benefits, and spa rituals.
- Promote the Jurlique Insiders Program to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain high service standards and a welcoming, solution‑focused environment.
- Lead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect.
- Drive team engagement through coaching, regular 1 : 1s, and clear communication.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Champion Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours through everyday leadership.
- Manage daily operations, spa bookings (via Timely), and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, stock management, and store policy standards.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, manage payroll and rosters effectively.
- Uphold a clean, organised, and inspiring store environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.Experience with team coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred).Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).Skills & Competencies
