Customer Service Officer - Contact Centre
This role will see you as part of a team that provides support and assistance to our customers nationally and work in our National Support Hub.

The opportunity
Hybrid Model - mix of working in-office and from home (after probation period)
Demonstrate your strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to change

Be part of a team taking high volume calls from our sites
Providing the correct information, tools and advice to support our customers
Deal with a range of enquiries creating variety in your day

About you
Have strong customer service and communication skills
Have a genuine interest in people and ability to provide advice and required information
Skilled to talk to a diverse range of people
Be an active listener
Ability to build trust and rapport with our customers
A team player who has initiative, a “can-do” attitude and strong organisational ability
Empathetic and resilient
Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving results
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police check
