Regulatory Relations Senior Manager – Insignia Financial

Step into a high‑impact role where you'll shape our regulatory strategy and strengthen our relationships with key regulators including APRA and ASIC. You'll work closely with the Head of Regulatory Relations to drive proactive, transparent engagement, deliver expert insights on complex regulatory matters, and strengthen our prudential standing. Your expertise will guide the organisation through a complex regulatory landscape, deliver sharp insights to senior leaders, and drive continuous uplift in our regulatory maturity. You will also mentor a high‑performing team and champion a culture of integrity, compliance and proactive risk management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proactive, transparent, and timely engagement with APRA and ASIC.
• Lead drafting and coordination of responses to regulatory matters.
• Provide strategic regulatory analysis, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Review regulatory communications to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with expectations.
• Coach and mentor a team to deliver strong regulatory outcomes.
• Guide internal stakeholders on regulatory expectations and engagement practices.
• Maintain accurate records of regulatory interactions and commitments.
• Support Board, Committees and Executive regulatory reporting and governance requirements.
