Job descriptionYou are commercially and financially astute, with exposure to the FX & CFD industry. You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You possess strong communication skills and can build strong and credible relationships across a wide audience. Ideally, you are degree-qualified with your RG146 and have existing leadership experience. Fluent in both English & Mandarin is a MUST. Associate Full-time Finance, Customer Service, and Administrative Industries : Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Investment Management

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to be part of the management team and take responsibility for a key part of the business. The role is wide-ranging and requires providing leadership and guidance on best practice and improving operational efficiency.
Key accountabilities
- Responsible for all elements of client management
- Responding to escalated enquiries and achieving service standards
- Management and coaching of staff
- Analysing customer turnover and retention
- Monitor, review and analyse work volumes to improve performance standards
- Provide senior management with strategic planning and comprehensive reporting
