Minimum 6 months experience in same position / similar role

Experience in assisting people with disabilities
Team player
A passion working in the health care industry
Must be able to obtain Working With Children check
Must be able to obtain NDIS workers screening check

Position Overview :

To look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of the participants. Ensuring we use a person-centered approach.

Observe and promote clients choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment and other rights.

Maintain good and professional relationships with participants and their family / friends.

Actively market Just 4 Care Pty Ltd and promote a positive, personal and professional profile

All carers needs highly experienced

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide personal care and support to participants with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities

Know and understand the care and support of the participant

undergo tasks at a person centered approach in the least intrusive way.

Ensure all daily care needs are met

accurate data collection and documentation when required

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

Australian Drivers License

Certificate III in Disability Support / equivalent (Desirable)

First Aid Certificate

CPR Certificate

Will need to obtain NDIS workers screening check

Working with children check

Job Types

32.00 - $58.00 per hour
