St John Ambulance Victoria are seeking an experienced Communications and Administration Officer who is responsible for the efficient and timely dispatch of on road resources (non-emergency patient transport and deceased persons transport) to meet the service requirements and the clinical needs of the person being transported.
This team is critical in the coordination and delivery of a timely and safe transport. The role is also responsible for supporting staff, customers, and patients with day-to-day queries / troubleshooting, this may relate to policies / procedures, vehicle or equipment issues, rostering, and other administrative tasks.
These roles work across a 24 / 7 roster and candidates will need good availability across all shift types including days, nights and weekends. The shifts are either eight or ten hours in length.
The role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
