The Opportunity :
Newcastle Anglican has a great opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to join the projects team. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by analysing systems and processes and converting complex data into meaningful information that enables sound decision-making. We are looking for someone with not just technical skills but also business project knowledge and background.
This is a Full Time 12-month contract.

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify impacts, risks, and change requirements.Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure assigned processes are implemented.Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes and systems to optimize performance and meet evolving business requirements.About you?
Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, or other relevant qualificationsPrevious experience working in a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from dataWho we are?
