The Client :

Gough Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a renowned Agency. Specialising in luxury properties across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, this role is perfect for someone with property management experience and a passion for high-end real estate.

The Position :

Monday - Friday, no weekends or after hours!

Manage a clean portfolio of 80 high-end apartments

PropertyMe & Inspect Real Estate software

Entry and exit inspections

Routine inspections

Minimal leasing

Arrears management

Maintenance

Landlord and tenant liaison

VA Support

The Successful Candidate :

A minimum 12 months of Property Management experience

QLD Certificate of Registration

High level of attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Outstanding telephone manner & time management

Corporate presentation

Valid driver's license & reliable car
