The opportunity :

Leads and supervises daily distribution operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy across inbound processing, order fulfilment, inventory control, and outbound shipments. Drives optimal resource use and budget adherence while fostering a strong safety culture and developing a high‑performing team. Collaborates across functions to maintain smooth material flow, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

The people you'll join :

Located in Narangba, this role reports to the Manager Distribution as part of the Warehousing and Logistics Group.

Powerlink is undergoing significant transformation in the way we deliver services to Queenslanders. With exponential growth already underway, and a significant pipeline of infrastructure projects on the horizon, our Supply Chain Services teams have never been more crucial in equipping our people with the resources to deliver to our strategy.

Our Warehouse & Logistics team has recently undergone an expansion, resulting in the creation of several new roles to support our increasing inventory to support upcoming infrastructure projects.

What you'll bring :

You will have solid warehouse experience, know how to work safely and follow HSE and CoR rules. You've got hands‑on skills with forklifts, know how to secure loads properly, and can handle all the warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, and inventory.

You're confident using Transport Management Systems and can keep up in a fast‑paced environment. You work well in a team and help keep things running smoothly.
