Job descriptionWhat will I be doing day to day? Maintain and improve scrum / agile practices within the team, including running Sprint planning sessions and tracking success metrics Assist with prioritisation, backlog grooming and planning Eliminate risks, blockers and manage deliveries Remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur Build and sustain productive and collaborative working relationships Adapt flexibly to changing business needs What sort of skills do I need? Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master accreditation and 2 years of similar role in Defence Relevant certification(s) e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, ITIL Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, predominantly in administering Jira Familiarity with software development life cycle specifically DevSecOps cycles Strong Agile skills Holds NV1 security clearance What's in it for me?
