The Workers' Compensation Eligibility Case Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing workers' compensation claims within a self-insured environment. This role involves assessing claim eligibility, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management desirable)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management or case management
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and self-insurance regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
