National Account Manager - Hardware Channel

Responsibilities
- Lead national accounts across the hardware channel
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with national key decision makers of major accounts to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage customer relationships and maintain constant communication with national category buyers
- Collaboratively develop and implement category strategies with the customer, track financials and key deliverables
- Consistently review the current plan and financial metrics, prioritise the requirements based on risks and opportunities to meet the annual financial budget
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and conduct comprehensive account reviews with each account, including pricing, rebates, category range reviews, product launches and promotions, setting prices for new products and updating terms & conditions
- Communicate account updates and support state account managers in the execution of customer strategies
- Coach and mentor account managers nationally to deliver a tailored customer experience to each key account and support the account strategy
- Solve problems for customers by acting as the interface between the customer and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and developing innovative and tailored solutions
- Develop strong cross‑functional working relationships across the business to execute strategy and ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
Qualifications
Must have experience in consumer goods or FMCGOperating at a National Account Manager levelHardware channel experience is a nice to have, but channel and category experience is acceptableStrong commercial acumen, able to utilise data for better business decisionsClear progression opportunities into a leadership roleFlexible working environment with a strong collaborative cultureWork directly with the Sales & Marketing Director and Managing DirectorSeniority level
