Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injury Management & Safety Advisor to join a well-established national business. This is a key dual-role opportunity that combines hands-on injury management across NSW sites with broader responsibilities in site safety systems, incident management, and compliance.
This position would suit a confident, compassionate, and systems-savvy professional with a strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation and RTW best practice, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
About You
- 5–10 years’ experience in Injury Management, Workers Compensation, or Rehabilitation
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of NSW and national Workers' Compensation legislation
- Experience with WHS systems, incident investigation and ISO standards
- Confident managing complex cases with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
