They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major commercial builds and drive project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all stages of project delivery from mobilisation through to handover
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, procurement, and cost control
• Drive construction program, safety, quality, and compliance objectives
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve key milestones
