Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the SMB and mid-market segments. You will engage with decision-makers including CIOs, IT Managers, and business owners to understand their challenges and design tailored managed service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and position the company’s managed IT, cloud, and security services to new clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close.
- Stay up to date with technology trends, vendor programs, and competitor offerings.
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions provider.Strong understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, Networking, and Cybersecurity.Experience in Selling : Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto or SDWANA results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Why Join Us
