We’re searching for a Creative & Brand Manager to lead the next evolution of our brand! This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of a growing Australian retail group.
What you’ll do :
- Lead brand identity and creative direction across packaging, POS, and marketing.
- Concept, design, and execute impactful campaigns across online, in-store, and product.
- Manage and mentor a small creative team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product & Studio teams to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.
- Oversee packaging artwork, trend forecasting, and photography direction.
- Maintain the highest standards of design quality and brand consistency.
What you’ll bring :
Experience in brand, design, or creative leadership — ideally in retail or fashion.Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and creative storytelling.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strategic mindset balancing creativity with commercial goals.Textile or print design knowledge highly regarded.Energetic, collaborative, and confident communicator.Why you’ll love it :
