The role :

Due to business expansions we are seeking Expression of Interest for 3x Transaction Manager positions. You will deliver real estate transaction manager services to an allocated client property portfolio.

This role can be based in any of our JLL corporate offices in Australia Perth Adelaide Melbourne Sydney Canberra or Brisbane.

Snapshot of the roles :

• Comprehensive management of critical dates and lease events
• Negotiation of new leases licenses and renewals
• Management of market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
• Conducting end-to-end market searches with professional presentations
• Maintaining client Occupancy Agreements and providing market insights
