About the role :
The Activation Executive will deliver best‑in‑class activation across digital channels, working closely with a supportive team to assist with campaign setup across key platforms such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, DV360, and more. You will activate and monitor campaign performance, ensure pacing is on track, identify and recommend optimisation opportunities, and produce post‑campaign reports that quantify value and provide actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
- Review and monitor campaign performance across platforms such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and DV360, ensuring pacing aligns with budget and goals.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting based on performance data; collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates.
- Set up new campaigns, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimised.
- Tweak targeting, bids, or creatives to meet KPIs and run efficiently; keep the team updated on progress, escalating issues, and recommending optimisations.
- Regularly monitor live performance and adjust strategies to maintain proper pacing and budget alignment.
- Compile performance reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Identify and resolve technical glitches, underperformance, or other roadblocks.
- Run A / B tests and adjust creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Plan for upcoming campaigns by gathering assets and ensuring readiness for launch.
- Analyse daily results, report insights or action points to relevant teams.
- Assist the coordinator in developing detailed weekly and final post‑analysis reports.
Qualifications
1 year of relevant experience, ideally in activation or implementation across digital platforms.Good experience with Meta, Google Ads, and / or DV360; CM360 experience is a plus.A strong appetite to activate and optimise across digital channels.Understanding of media KPIs, measurement, and reporting.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of digital buying fundamentals and relevant tools.Solid knowledge of the Australian digital media landscape.Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.Benefits
